Collection maintenance and hygiene

Cleaning of books and documents, careful eliminating dirt and dust by means of appropriated equipment. For book collections, we offer two levels of cleaning; external or page by page. Both are available, depending on condition and state of the collections.

We use archival grade materials exclusively, plus ensure that methods used are gentle, taking care when handling items and surface cleaning them. This service is also recommended following anoxia treatments; after oxygen free pest deactivation, we carry out cleaning treatments to remove any insect/pest related debris.
