Water-Activated Linen Book Repair Tape 51 mm × 122 cm

Strong, acid-free linen cloth tape coated with a water-activated, neutral-pH adhesive. Used to hinge covers, reinforce pamphlets, repair covers and re-attach loose pages. The repair is permanent, but the tape can be removed with mineral spirits if required.

This 51 mm width is the right choice for assembling cover blanks and for general book repair.

How to use: make sure the surface is clean and dry; cut the tape to length; lightly moisten the adhesive side with a sponge; place the tape and press firmly (a bone folder helps); smooth out any wrinkles or air bubbles and allow a few minutes to dry and bond fully.
